REFUND

Please note that for logistical reasons we do not issue any refunds.

EXCHANGE

More than 30 days prior to the date of the event: you can make an exchange. In this case, a 15% fee will be charged to cover transaction costs and administration time.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

More than 15 days prior to the date of the event: you can transfer your registration to someone on your own. Once the process has started, simply send an email to info@leschevresdemontagne.com, mentioning the name and email of the person to whom you gave up or sold your seat.

** You are responsible for forwarding all questionnaires and information emails received. **

Less than 15 days prior to the date of the event: you can transfer your registration (see details above). In this case, a 15% fee will be charged to cover the consequent costs and administration time.

CANCELLATION

If an event is cancelled by the organization Les Chèvres de Montagne organization, participants will be contacted and informed of the possibilities available to them (full refund or credit with a discount on a new registration).

DATE POSTPONED

If an event is postponed by the organization Les Chèvres de Montagne and the new date was known and accepted during the initial registration, no refund is possible. If not, the cancellation policy applies.

SEVERE INJURY/ILLNESS

More than 15 days prior to the date of the event: in the event of serious injury/illness, a discharge note signed by a doctor is mandatory, regardless of the type of injury or illness. The note must indicate the number of days off and must be dated. In this case, a refund may be issued exceptionally (please note: 15% non-refundable to cover transaction and administration costs).

CLUBS – Special cases

The refundable amount varies depending on the time of cancellation.
