This event was partially subsidized which considerably reduces the registration price. The “In the Eastern Townships, we move!” was granted by the CSLE, which finances almost half of the activity. The goal is to encourage young people to discover the outdoors.

Are you looking for a cherished mother-daughter weekend?

This opportunity allows you to discover the Eastern Townships with an adventure catered to you. Quality time with a fun combination of activities to discover; hiking, outdoor yoga, camping and rock climbing.

On the menu: relaxing, learning, good food and campfires. A combination that cannot be beaten!

Inclusions :

  • 4 meals; 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast
  • Chèvres reusable packaging
  • 3 culinary workshops by our sports nutritionist
  • Climbing equipment and specialized coaching
  • Yoga classes
  • One night of camping
  • Access to the national park including parking
  • One tent per duo

  • Transport to destination
  • Clothing necessary for camping
  • Sleeping bag and mattress
  • Equipment for hiking

Daughters should be between the age of 10 and 17 years old and must be able to practice the activities.

  • 9:00 AM Welcome and drinks at the campsite
  • 9:45 AM Set up camp
  • 11:00 AM Yoga session with Flore and Flow (put clickable link)
  • 12:00 PM Dinner and culinary workshop
  • 1:30 PM Departure for the hike
  • 4:30 PM Return to camp
  • 6:00 PM Dinner and culinary workshop
  • Evening: campfire, dessert, stargazing, sleep

Sunday, May 15

  • 8:30 AM Breakfast
  • 9.30 AM Pack up camp
  • 10:45 AM Preparation of lunches and culinary workshop
  • 11:30 AM Departure for climbing
  • 1:00 PM Beginning of the climb
  • 4:00 PM End of activity


  • Camping mattress
  • Sleeping bag

  • Bowl, plate, utensils, reusable cup
  • Bottle of water (at least 1L)


  • Stretchy clothing
  • Swimsuit
  • Hat or cap

  • Pants for the evening
  • Warm down jacket style coat for the evening

  • Raincoat (in case there is a light drizzle)
  • Spare socks
  • Slippers, crocs or flip flops for camp life

  • Prescription medications, if needed, and EpiPen if you have any allergies.
