Description: Everything to strengthen your mountain bike basics and start the season on the right foot. Overview of mountain biking skills: trail surveillance and general posture, braking technique, basic positioning, attack position, relevant and optimal gear changing
Required level: None, initiation
Location: Mont Sutton | Make-up Date: June 17
